PM Project Management Engineer
Basic requirements
Semiconductor, automotive, electronics industry experience, familiar with the project management process, PMP certificate is preferred; more than 5 years of related work experience. Basic English reading and writing skills.
Main responsibilities
1.Responsible for the whole process management of customer's new product project from project initiation to delivery, including but not limited to project initiation, project meeting organisation, project process tracking and reporting, project problem solving, risk management and control, and project delivery;
2.Responsible for organising and discussing the solution of important technical problems and tracking the implementation;
3.Responsible for the delivery of each node quality review, identify the project critical path, key risks and response;
4.Responsible for technology trend tracking, including but not limited to market information demand analysis, competitor competitive analysis, target cost analysis, customer demand analysis;
5.Responsible for communication and reporting, coordinating the communication between personnel from relevant departments inside and outside the company, such as customers, suppliers, R&D, operations, etc., and providing project progress reports to superiors and relevant personnel;
6.Responsible for Suzhou factory government project declaration;
7.Responsible for patent declaration for Suzhou plant;
