Research and Development Engineer
Basic Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in materials science (inorganic non-metallic materials), chemistry, chemical process, etc.; familiar with spray powder and ceramic powder product development, with aluminium oxide, yttrium oxide, zirconium oxide and other powder research and development work experience; understanding of semiconductor, LCD panel industry product-related needs; more than 5 years of related industry work experience. Basic English reading and writing skills.
Main responsibilities
1.Formulate the rules and regulations of the R&D department, and do a good job of the R&D strategy and annual R&D work plan;
2.Tracking and mastering the international and domestic technology development trend of similar products, and organising the internal technology discussion meeting of R&D department;
3. Organise internal and external technical collaboration and technical exchange activities, and seek technical partners;
4. Participate in the feasibility study of new product development, supervise and control the process of new product development to ensure the smooth progress of new product development;
5.Responsible for the conversion of new product development technology results and patent declaration;
6.Organise relevant departments to develop raw materials, product testing and inspection standards, to ensure the smooth progress of analysis and testing work;
7.Responsible for supervising and guiding the establishment and operation of the production process, installation and commissioning and inspection process, promoting the marketability of new products, ensuring product quality, and ensuring that the product production process and production process meet the needs of large-scale production;
8.Assist in following up the market feedback and understanding the customer's usage status;
9. Develop the department's development cost budget and control;
10.Responsible for the department's staffing and selection, organise regular or occasional technical research and development training for the department's staff to enhance the technical level of the department's personnel and research and development capabilities;
