Basic Requirement
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in PVD, CVD, materials, physics, automation; product technology experience in semiconductor, LCD panel industry, pan-semiconductor industry ultra-precision regeneration, coating technology background; more than 8 years of related industry work experience. Basic English reading and writing skills.
Main responsibilities
1.Responsible for the design and technical optimisation of the production process of the company's products;
2.Responsible for the formulation, modification, supervision and implementation of production technology standards;
3.Responsible for the preparation of the department's work plan and objectives;
4.Responsible for the company's technical management personnel training and the construction of professional and technical team;
5.Responsible for new product sampling work;
6.Responsible for the calculation of product materials and the construction of BOM;
7.Responsible for the conversion, organisation, filing and archive management of product drawings;
8.Responsible for the improvement of product technology and quality;
9.Assist in the production process of product technical objections and problem solving;
10.Responsible for the establishment and continuous optimisation of the company's product technical standards or technical regulations and related management systems;
11. Assist the relevant departments to do a good job in matters related to product technology;
12.Coordinate with the business sector pre-sales, after-sales technical support work;
