PMC Production Planner
Main responsibilities
1、Responsible for sales order evaluation, clear order delivery lead capacity load assessment analysis, equipment load analysis;.
2、Decomposition of customer orders demand, according to the master plan for the scientific preparation of the daily plan, reduce the frequency of change order change machine, reduce costs, improve production efficiency, shorten the production cycle;
3、Timely monitoring of the production plan to achieve and sales management shipping plan, to ensure that the production delivery rate of 95% or more.
4、Responsible for convening the relevant personnel to open production and marketing coordination meetings, focusing on reviewing the single shipment, the production plan to achieve and WIP control, the production of abnormalities in the rapid disposal.
5、Familiar with the product process standards, master the system from the people, machines, materials, law, environment, measurement and other aspects of scientific production knowledge.
Basic Requirements
1.Education: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in logistics management, supply chain management and other related disciplines.
2.Professional knowledge/skills: familiar with production planning management, material control management, form, and related requirements of the preparation of the implementation, optimisation, planning, material control, ERP management has practical experience, good demand forecasting, order management, planning co-ordination, manufacturing and delivery and after-sales service co-ordination ability.
3. Strong planning coordination and communication skills.
